1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Electus Online and govern your use of the Electus Online website, services, forums, and games (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase from the Services.

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. Please also review our Privacy Policy before downloading the client or making any purchase.

2. Eligibility & Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old if you reside in the European Union, or older if your country's local laws require it) to register an account or use the Services.

By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to suspend any account where we have reason to believe the user is below the minimum age.

3. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, Electus Online grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Services.
• Use data-gathering or extraction tools in connection with the Services.
• Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit the Services without Electus Online's express written consent.
• Engage in any illegal or tortious conduct (e.g. "hacking", infringing intellectual property of Electus Online or third parties).

Where the Service is a downloadable game or application ("App"), the same non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license applies, restricted to personal use on authorized devices.

4. In-Game Virtual Currency & Virtual Items

The Service may include the opportunity to earn, buy, or obtain in-game currency ("Virtual Currency", also known as Electus Cash) and virtual items ("Virtual Items"). Methods of obtaining Virtual Currency are at Electus Online's sole discretion.

Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are not real currency, have no monetary value, and may not be redeemed for legal currency or items of value outside the Services.

Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are provided under a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use within the Service. Purchases are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

You have no property interest, title, or ownership right in any Virtual Currency or Virtual Items originating in the Service, and they may not be transferred or resold by any means, including by direct sale or auction service.

Electus Online has no liability for the hacking or loss of your Virtual Currency or Virtual Items. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notification, to change, limit, or refuse the price, availability, or order quantity of any Virtual Currency or Virtual Items.

Virtual Currency may have an expiration date. If your Virtual Currency or Virtual Items expire and you still have an active account, we may — at our discretion — offer conversion to Virtual Items, but we are under no obligation to do so. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items may be forfeited if:

• Your account is terminated or suspended for any reason.
• You breach these Terms.
• Electus Online discontinues the Service.
• You disassociate from the Service.

5. Payment Processors

Electus Online may engage third parties to process payments for Virtual Currency and Virtual Items. When purchasing through a third-party processor, you agree to that processor's terms of service. Review them carefully before completing a purchase.

6. Advancements, Roll-Back & Beta Testing

In exceptional cases (e.g. updates or error rectification) the game may be reset to an earlier state to prevent greater damage (a "Roll-back"). Game progress, account scores, high scores, and achievements may be reset accordingly. Any real-money purchases made between the Roll-back and the state being rolled back to will not be refunded, but will instead be reissued to you as part of the Roll-back. Further claims are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Electus Online may, at its discretion, grant users a voluntary bonus (e.g. Virtual Currency or premium features) to compensate for Roll-back inconvenience.

7. Online Content & Conduct

All Forum, Discord, and social-media content posted by you is your sole responsibility. You may be exposed to content or actions from other users that are indecent, explicit, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms ("Inappropriate Activity").

You can report Inappropriate Activity at electus.online/support. Electus Online reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take action against Inappropriate Activity it believes is harmful, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Electus Online makes no representation or warranty that the Services will be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or function properly with any third-party technology.

The Services are provided "as is" and all conditions, representations, and warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Electus Online will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

You agree not to hold Electus Online liable for the conduct of third parties (other users, third-party sites, etc.) and that the risk of using the Services rests entirely with you.

9. Termination

These Terms automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term hereof. Both you and Electus Online have the right to terminate or cancel your account at any time, for any reason, and without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

Any claims of copyright or other intellectual-property infringement related to the Services should be addressed to prox@electus.online. Please include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material that is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
