⚠ Non-Refundable Pre-sale purchases are non-refundable. Pre-sales help us build and improve the project, and we rely on those funds for development.
⚠ Non-Refundable Crypto donations are final and cannot be refunded. Only purchases made through our card / instant-payment gateway are subject to refund consideration.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund of "Electus Cash" (in-game silk) purchased through our instant-payment gateway if all of the following apply:
- The purchase was made within the last 14 days.
- You have played for less than 2 hours since the purchase.
- You have not spent any silk in the in-game store.
You are not eligible for a refund if:
- Your account has been banned or sanctioned for violating the Terms of Use or in-game Rules.
- Electus determines you are abusing the refund policy.
- The payment was made via crypto or any reseller (per the notice above).
How can I request a refund?
Open a support ticket from your account on https://electus.online/support. Include your account name, the date of the purchase, the order/transaction reference, and a brief reason for the request.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever the gateway supports it. If that's not possible, we may agree on an alternative method with you. Processing time depends on your payment method — typically 5–10 business days for card refunds.
