- Direct Messages (DMs): Private messages between users are not persistently stored. DM history is not retained on our servers once delivered; messages exist only during active sessions and on user devices.
- Chat Moderation: We may review reported messages to enforce community guidelines and may retain data related to violations.

Premium status within the App is determined by your in-game account status from Electus Online. The App does not offer any in-app purchases whatsoever.
Premium status is obtained by using the "Premium PLUS" item within the Electus Online game. This item can be acquired through:
- Free gameplay: Earning in-game currency (Gold) by playing the game and purchasing the item from in-game vendors
- Optional purchase: Buying premium game currency (Silk) through the official Electus website (https://electus.online) to purchase the item faster
No Pay-to-Access: Premium is not a pay-to-access feature—it can be fully obtained through normal gameplay without spending real money. The App simply reflects your existing game account's premium status and does not process any financial transactions.
