Troubleshooting





Fix #1:


Step 1: Open Run (Start + R)
Step 2: Write this command
SystemPropertiesPerformance and press enter

Step 3: Click on  Data Execution Prevention (1)
Step 4: Choose the second option
Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select (2)
Step 5: Click on Add (3) and add these files from your Electus game folder.

If your DEP looks like that; 



Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open start and write CMD
Step 2: Right click on your Command Promt and click on Run as Administrator


Step 3: Copy and paste this command bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn and restart your pc and try again.


If you still can’t select the second option in the Data Execution Prevention tab, try this command instead bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx OptIn and restart your PC.

If for some reason it’s still not working, try the first command bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx OptIn  again and restart.


Fix #2:

Step 1: Right click on your sro_client.exe
Step 2: Click on properties
Step 3: Click on compatibility tab
Step 4: Mark
Run this program in compatibility mode for
Step 5: Select Windows 7 and press OK

DO NOT! put both Launcher and SRO_Client on compatibility mode for windows 7 together unless it’s necessary because putting them both on windows 7 comp mode can make your sro client freeze and never open.


Fix #3:

-          Make sure your graphic card driver is updated to the latest version and that your Windows is also updated with the latest update and try again.

  



Fix #1:

Disable your firewall and antivirus.

Step 1: Open Run (Start + R) or (Windows + R)
Step 2: Type
wf.msc and press enter

Step 3: Click on Windows Defender Firewall Properties (1) and change your Firewall state from On to Off


Step 4: Do this for all 3 tabs (Domain Profile, Private Profile and Public Profile).

-If this stil happens, make sure your router firewall is also off!

 

Fix #2:

 

Step 1: Right click on your sro_client.exe
Step 2: Click on properties
Step 3: Click on compatibility tab
Step 4: Mark 
Run this program in compatibility mode for
Step 5: Select Windows 7 and press OK



Fix #1:

First, give your PC a restart and try to login again.
Second, make sure that your game folder contains the file Electus.dll and that it’s not deleted by your antivirus..
If it is deleted, disable your anti-virus or add an exception to the folder and re-extract Electus.dll to your folder.


Fix #2:

If it still doesn’t work, change your computer name to a unique name by only using English letters and numbers, avoid using Arabic/Turkish letters..

Step 1: Open Run (Start + R)

Step 2: Write this command sysdm.cpl and press enter



Step 3: Click on Change…


Step 4: Change your computer name to another name with English letters (and numbers if you want).



Step 5: Click on and restart your pc.

The reason behind the high MS and lag is not really clear and is still being worked on.
Currently these are the best solutions:

Fix #1:

Step1: Open Run ( start button + R )
Step2: write appwiz.cpl and press enter



Step3: Uninstall uTorrent or any kind of Torrent program.


Fix #2:


-Download and install malwarebytes from here: Malwarebytes Link
-Scan your whole PC and delete every malware found.
-Restart your PC
-Login and check if you still have lag or not.

Fix #3:

-Install a new and clean version of Windows.

This can be caused by a second network adapter (usually Microsoft Adapter) or your mac address just needs to be changed.

Fix #1:


Step 1: Open Run (Start +R)
Step 2: Type ncpa.cpl and press enter


Step 3: Right click every adapter you don’t use and click on disable

Step 4: Try to login Electus again.


Fix #2:

Step 1 :

Open Run ( Start button + R ) and write devmgmt.msc

 

Step 2:

Click on Network adapters and right click your network adapter and click Properties.


Step 3:

-Click on the Advanced tab and choose Locally Administrated Address from the settings.

-Select Value option and enter any 12-character hexadecimal value and click ok.


If you are too lazy to type any random 12 character hexadecimal, use this link to generate one:

Click on Generate MACs! And copy 1 of the random MAC addresses.




This error is caused by an audio software you have installed that is interrupting the connection between your PC and Electus.
To fix this issue, you're going to have to uninstall the softwares that cause this issue.

Step1: Open Run ( start button + R )
Step2: write appwiz.cpl and press enter



Step3: Search for the following programs and uninstall it/them :

-Nahimic
-Steelseries audio software
-Razer
-Asus Sonic Suite Plugins
-Razer something (audio related)
-Bonjour
-Other audio related programs

You have to mark following settings in your sbot / login settings

- Disable enhanced security.
- Choose your silkroad folder again
- Restart your sBot

Step 1: Open your sBot
Step 2: Scroll down and unmark Run in X-Trap compatibility mode.
Step 3: Choose your silkroad folder again through your sBot
Step 4: Restart your sBot

If you are getting this error;



Follow these steps:

1. Close mbot
2. Open your anti-virus software
3. Disable anti-virus or add MBOT loader + Electus client in exception folder in your anti-virus software.
4. Run mbot loader Administrator

If your problems is still not fixed, simply try to re-download mbot from here and always start the bot as ADMIN!

Step 1: Open the normal game launcher without bot and start the game.
Step 2: Login without bot
Step 3: Use a teleport or teleport anywhere and exit the client
Setp 4: Launch mBot again and it should work.


This happens when your antivirus/firewall blocks the mBot ports, disable your firewall and antivirus and try again.

If it still happens, make sure your router firewall is disable or has your mBot added as exception.




Fix #1:


Step 1: Go to your game folder and delete the temppath folder.


Step 2: Open the launcher again and let it update.

If you still get the same error, make sure the drive that contains your game folder has enough empty space.

Fix #2:

If you still can't update, download and install a VPN software, update your client with it and then you can disable it again and play the game.

Step 2: Install the program
Step 3: Extract the game with 7zip

If you still get this error while extracting the game, redownload the game from one of the other links and make sure your internet doesn’t disconnect while downloading.

Also don’t pause/resume the download as it may corrupt some files.
